PC Repair Glasgow was first established on 18th March 2004 by Nick Cohen. On 1st January 2009, PC Repair Glasgow was pulled together with PCR Computer Services, together operating services to the home and business market.

Nick Cohen started PC Repair Glasgow at the age of 13, and ran the business through most of secondary school. He has been recognised by local business chambers and council authorities and has recently been involved in local schools, motivating young people to think more about business. In 2009, the new company controlling both businesses was a finalist for the Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce ROCCO awards.

The current support team is made up of six members of staff, providing an efficient service to both the consumer and commercial clients the company has. PC Repair Glasgow is not just a repair service that fixes your computer and hands it back to you with a large bill. With an extensive list of services, we break down the barrier and help people understand what their computers’ are trying to tell them and advise the best route. Services are offered both in the repair centre and in clients' homes.

Nick Cohen, current Managing Director of the group, says ‘we offer a simple service, clients bring their computers to us to fix, and we fix it!’ ‘In an industry that is still very technical to most people, we like to break things down and explain it to you in plain English.’ ‘Through continuous promotions, we invite people to try our service and experience the way we treat our customers’.

Terms & Conditions

1. Our 'No Fix, No Fee' does not apply if the customer is advised on a suitable solution but decides not to take it. In this situation, the client may be required to pay fees to cover collection, diagnostic and delivery charges, not exceeding £25.
2. Payment can be made via cash, cheque, debit or credit card if pre-paid by visiting the repair centre. A fee of 3% applies to all credit card transactions over £150.
3. Care is always taken to prevent data loss, however, PC Repair Glasgow (PCR Computer Services Ltd), cannot be held responsible for any data loss.
4. Customers must always keep licence keys and installation media for all software. We will never supply illegal software to our customers.
